RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Zeniaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible products within 1 day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Not fall under non-returnable categories

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers

  • Customized or altered products

  • Accessories and jewellery (if applicable)

  • Products without original tags or packaging

Zeniaa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


3. Return Process

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Product images (if required)

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide reverse pickup services unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Store Credit

Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products subject to product availability. Customers must raise an exchange request within [1 days] of receiving the order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
